For customers who pre order, Miss Holly aims to deliver from the date specified. Delivery dates shown are estimates only and subject to change. Pre orders that wish to cancelled will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Taxes & Duties
All prices on Miss Holly are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges Miss Holly does not cover or include this in our shipping charges.
Tracking is available for all domestic orders. Shipping internationally has minimal tracking unless you live in a country where tracking is not available . We take no responsibility for orders that don't arrive or are send back to us.
Where is my package?
If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at order@MissHolly.com.au to get an delivery estimate. Please keep in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN FORM ATTACHED TO IT. YOU CAN PRINT IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
We will happily offer store credit for items you wish to return or exchange. In the case of faulty products, we will gladly replace the item once returned back to us or refund you. To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible, we have put together a flexible returns policy to allow you peace of mind.
Returns are processed within seven business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed. A store credit is issued for the amount spent on the item purchased. ( Excluding shipping cost).
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it. Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
Please note: You may not come in person to return an item as our address is a PO BOX and is not open to the public.
It is recommended that you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) insure your delivery for safe return to MISS HOLLY so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
**Under NO circumstances do we accept cash on delivery returns**
Although we have made every effort to display was accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Due to the popularity of our range, we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfill an exchange request. Therefore, if an exchange is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available.
If an item is lost it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia. We use DHL Global Mail and DHL express all packages are fully trackable with a tracking number we provide. If you are not available to sign for your package you are responsible for arranging another time with your local post office to pick up your item. If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.
If items are returned more than once a shipping fee of $10 for Australian orders and $15 for International Orders will be removed from your store credit.
Should your item be faulty, we will happily send out a replacement or refund you in full.
To prevent abuse of our discount codes, discount codes must only be used with the following methods of payment;
A store credit will not be permitted to be used at any time in conjunction with a store credit. If an order is placed with a store credit and a sale code, the order will be deemed invalid and the store credit will be returned to the customers account and the order cancelled.
A store credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit does not have an expiry period, and will appear as a payment option when you log in and check out with us. You must be logged in to use the store credit.
**Please note a store credit cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code or sale code.
Returning a Full Price Item
We offer returns on full-priced items that are returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. This means that we will send you out your new order (if you wished to exchange your item) and credit your account to the value of the item. ( Minus Shipping Charge)
*** Please note there is a $6 AUD processing fee for ALL RETURNS. This will be deducted from your store credit.
Eg: Jenny buys a $50 full price dress, but it is too small. She sends it back within 14 days. Jenny pays for the postage to us and places a new order for a larger size. Jenny is given a note of credit, we credit her account $50 - $6 processing fee. Jenny receives a $44 Store Credit.
Returning a Sale Item
We do not accept returns on sale items or items that have been purchased with a sale code or discount code.
For international returns, your items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. You will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your store credit and cover the cost of shipping with Paypal/credit card through the website. Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the first section of this returns policy will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.
There are no returns on sale items and this includes items purchased with a discount code or sale code.
